Verizon Wireless Creates Mobile Showroom Experience
Using Brandstand
For Event Marketing Programs
Verizon Wireless, the nation’s leading wireless communications
provider, is utilizing Brandstand in its event marketing programs
to showcase the company’s products and services.
At sporting events, large festivals, and outside local
retail stores, Verizon Wireless has deployed Brandstands
to create “mobile showrooms” showcasing the company’s
phones and high speed data services to crowds of all sizes.
Brandstand’s quick setup provides flexibility and convenience for event staff, who can arrive at a event
and be interacting with crowds in just minutes.
Verizon's Brandstands allows customers
to browse Verizon phones and other products just as they would
in a retail store or at a mall kiosk, but now at an unlimited
number of indoor and outdoor locations. In addition, Verizon
Wireless is able
to create and reinforce brand awareness with Brandstand's advanced
multimedia system which features an ultra-bright, outdoor
viewable and weatherproof 42" HDTV.
Bayshore Productions, a Florida-based event marketing
agency, manages Verizon's events throughout the state of Florida.
Thomas Barthmus, Bayshore's President and CEO, explains, "The
Brandstand gives Verizon Wireless that added benefit of using
a turn-key
type system."
